The Pixels Crossing: Interactive Installation by Miguel Chevalier

La traversée des Pixels (The Pixels Crossing) is an interactive and generative art installation, created as part of the redevelopment of the Forum des Halles in Paris, France. The installation was designed by Miguel Chevalier in collaboration with Trafik and composer Michel Redolfi.

The artists used LED technology and two computers to create colorful graphics that punctuate the entire tunnel.

“Music creates harmonic waves formed by the movement of light and amplifies the sensory experience of passersby. The installation transforms the corridor into a magical and contemporary passage.”
